Terms of Service
These terms govern advisory consultations and planning engagements with DataBridge Financial Planning Co., Ltd. Please read them before confirming any engagement.

What we provide
We provide advisory services only: an advisory consultation or a written planning engagement, as described on the services and engagements pages. We do not sell investment products, hold client money, or act as a regulated investment adviser. We do not provide legal advice; where a legal step is needed we coordinate with your lawyer.
Engagement and scope
Every engagement begins with a scoping reply that names the countries and topics covered, the documents required, the fixed fee in THB, and the delivery date. The engagement is formed only when you confirm that scope in writing. Work outside the confirmed scope is quoted separately before it is undertaken.
Fees
Fees are fixed and quoted in Thai baht before any paid work begins. There is no hourly billing. Payment terms and methods are set out in the scoping reply. Unless stated otherwise, the fee is payable in advance of delivery.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documents. Advice is based on the facts you give us; if those facts are incomplete or incorrect, the advice may not apply. You are responsible for acting on the plan, including filing returns with your own accountant.
No guaranteed outcomes
Tax positions depend on facts and on rules that can change. We do not guarantee any particular tax outcome. Our obligation is to provide careful, competent advice based on the information available at the time.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full on our refund policy page. In brief, you may cancel before work has materially started for a full refund; once work has begun, the fee is earned for the work done.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for losses caused by information you did not provide, or by your failure to act on the plan.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
