Services

Two ways to work with us — a single advisory consultation, or a full written planning engagement. Both are fixed-fee, scoped in writing before any work begins.

Advisory consultation

A focused, time-boxed session for a specific cross-border question: a remittance decision, a pension transfer, a residency change, or a treaty point. You come with documents and a clear question; you leave with an answer grounded in the rules of both countries.

  • Single topic, one structured session
  • Fixed fee agreed before the session
  • Short written summary of the conclusion and the rules it rests on

Planning engagement

A complete written plan for a household with ties to two tax systems. We work through the cross-border checklist — residency, income, pensions, treaty positioning, inheritance, banking — and deliver a plan with the specific steps in the order to take them.

  • Full household review across both jurisdictions
  • Written plan with prioritised actions and review points
  • Fixed fee, quoted after the scoping reply

What we plan

The areas below are where cross-border friction shows up most often for Thailand-based families. An engagement covers whichever apply to you.

Thai tax residency and the remittance rule

We confirm your residency position and how foreign-sourced income is treated when brought into Thailand in a given tax year, so assessable income and timing are clear.

Foreign pensions and retirement accounts

UK SIPPs and ISAs, US 401(k)s and IRAs, Australian superannuation, and Thai provident or LTF/RMF structures — each mapped for how contributions, growth and withdrawals are taxed on both sides.

Double-tax treaty positioning

We apply the relevant treaty — for example the Thailand–United States or Thailand–United Kingdom arrangement — so the same income is not taxed twice and relief is claimed through the correct article.

Inheritance and estate across borders

Wills, forced-heirship rules and estate-duty positions in each country are reconciled, so a Thai-based family is not surprised by a foreign rule on the situs of an asset.

Banking, currency and remittances

We set out how to move money between countries with a clear record, supporting evidence and awareness of reporting duties at both ends.
