This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562 / 2019).

What we collect and why
We collect only the personal data needed to answer an inquiry and, if you proceed, to scope and deliver a paid advisory engagement.
- Inquiry form data — your name, email, optional phone, a one-line household description and your message. Purpose: to reply and assess whether we can help. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
- Engagement data — documents and information you provide during a paid engagement (for example residency dates, income, pension statements). Purpose: to deliver the advice you asked for. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Cookie consent choice — a single preference stored in your browser. Purpose: to remember your consent decision. Legal basis: consent.
How your inquiry is handled
The inquiry form sends your data as JSON to a handler on this same domain (databridge.click). The data is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to scope a paid engagement. We do not pass inquiry data to third parties for marketing.
No analytics or third-party tracking
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking or measurement code of any kind. No analytics or third-party tracking scripts are present. The only item stored in your browser is your cookie consent choice (see the cookie policy).
Retention
- Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond, and then for a short period to show we acted on your request; if no engagement follows, it is deleted.
- Engagement data is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Thai tax and accounting record-keeping rules.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@databridge.click. We respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the timelines set by the PDPA.
International transfers
Because our clients are cross-border households, engagement data may need to be shared with your accountant or lawyer in another country at your request. We only transfer personal data outside Thailand where necessary for the engagement and on a lawful basis.
Changes to this policy
We update this page if our handling of personal data changes. The date of the last review is recorded in our internal build record.
